1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LATec ("LATec", "we", "us", or "our"), including our web platform and SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LATec provides a mobile application analytics and crash reporting platform ("Service"). The Service includes data ingestion, real-time monitoring dashboards, and AI-assisted diagnostics powered by advanced large language models.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.
• Ingesting data that contains malicious code, viruses, or PII (Personally Identifiable Information) that violates local laws without proper consent.
• Reverse engineering any part of the LATec platform or Gemini AI integrations.

5. Intellectual Property

The LATec platform, including its software, designs, and logos, is the property of LATec Global Analytics and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your subscription tier.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LATec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LATec is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
